The origin story, April 2025

I started this blog at the end of a glorious chapter—the kind that leaves your heart full and your house full of half-packed boxes. We’re saying goodbye to the first home we lived in together as a family, and stepping into something new. And really, when better to start something than at the beginning of a brand new chapter?

Right now, I’m in the middle of packing up our life—bubble wrap, sharpies, baby shoes and all. We moved in when I was 4.5 months pregnant, and brought our baby girl home during an October heatwave in 2023. She’s now 18 months old, full of opinions, and somehow always sticky. Life has changed pace—think less cocktail hour, more snacks—but my love for laughter and adventure? As strong as ever.

Because life, Boo, is the biggest adventure of all.

This blog is where I’m putting it all: the chaos, the beauty, the in-between bits. It’s our family’s ride-along diary as we navigate this wild, weird, wonderful season.
